About Sean

A redshirt freshman pitcher at Coastal Alabama Community College, Sean has already experienced the ups and downs of collegiate baseball firsthand. After battling back from injury and increasing his velocity by 7 mph, he has developed a deeper understanding of both the physical and mental sides of pitching. A former First-Team All-Region and First-Team All-DeKalb County selection at Druid Hills High School, Sean now brings not only competitive experience, but also firsthand knowledge of the discipline, resilience, and mindset required to succeed on the mound. While he may have a special affinity for fellow lefties, he loves working with pitchers of all ages who want to improve their strength, command, and confidence.
